POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for quality checks in Prewash and Repro for PCR. Perform hourly quality testing and grades quality of PCR. Record, evaluate and communicate test data information for operations. Ensure that all quality standards are implemented and maintained. Employees receive proper training and are held accountable for standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Conducting risk assessments in operations
Meeting product testing requirements
Conducting quality control monitoring, validating products and processes
Eliminating non-conformities issues
Communicating quality concerns and issues
Record Test Data in computer programs
Collect and grade samples. Implement corrective actions to maintain product specification within the control limits and reduce reprocess cost.
Develop data on which prioritization of corrective actions can be made
Assist in analyzing data collected. Help determine area(s) and severity of consumer quality issues
Communicate findings to plant quality assurance manager and plant members
Provide quality assurance manager and plant members with tools to evaluate in-process so that corrective actions can be made on line where possible.
Develop one-on-one guidance with operators during routine production
Coordinate and conduct special sampling regimes and analyze resulting data to support quality improvement activities.
Provide technical support and directional data for implementing improvements and corrective actions

Normal work week is 4 days on, 4 days off, 7:00 – 7:00. Office and plant environments.
Exposure to noise of recycling equipment.
Exposure to water and mud created by recycling operations.
Exposure to heat and cold.
Occasionally travels to Little Rock facility for meetings and projects.
Minimum high school education with at least five years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong sense of urgency and time management skills.
Outstanding computer skills, especially related to working with office software such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet, and databases.
