Office Manager

As Office Manager, you will play an integral role in all administrative duties. You will also work closely with Rodeo team members to complete special projects and perform a plethora of clerical functions.

Rodeo Plastics strives to provide top-notch customer service. When ordering supplies, be mindful of the cost and always search for the most efficient prices and products. This position will schedule travel arrangements, conferences, and trainings. Detailed organizational skills and effective time management skills are imperative to the success of this position. Rodeo Plastics is growing exponentially as a company, and employee records are constantly changing. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential as you will be assisting team members while still performing your expected duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of executive administrative experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative assistance experience required
  • Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Good math skills
  • Dependable, self-directed, professional, and organized
  • Good multi-tasking and delegation skills
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and sustain professional composure
