Sales Support Associate

Supports Rodeo’s fast growing sales & marketing effort through strong communication, meticulous organization and consistent follow through. Communicates, coordinates and manages the flow of information between Rodeo and our business partners and sales agents.


  • Publishes and keeps current the product guides, literature, certifications, and pricing schedules.
  • Supports sales presentations by creating proposals, developing presentation formats, and selling aids.
  • Maintains marketing library by monitoring stock and replenishing inventory.
  • Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
  • Provides sales vs. forecast tracking reports to management and brokers by preparing and distributing as needed.
  • Manages the sample process.
  • Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
  • Conserves management’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information.
  • Coordinate the details of meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Is able to represent management by attending meetings in the absence of management; speaking on behalf of the company.
  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Be willing and able to accommodate infrequent travel with some overnight. Most trips would involve one to two nights away but trade shows may involve three to four nights away from home. Trade show travel would probably occur no more than twice per year and all travel would most likely not exceed 3-4 events annually.
  • Contributes to the sales and marketing effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
